Todds Leap is fully committed to Learning, Education and Accredited Programmes (LEAP). We have worked tirelessly in recent years to explore this area and have developed strong links with several well-recognised organisations in this field.
Our partnerships with Princes Trust, T:BUC, OCN, Access NI and other organisations allow us to engage with young people in education and training programmes while enjoying the fun activities that Todds Leap has to offer.
Princes Trust - Get Started Programme
If you are 16-25 and out of work, education or training, we’ll give you the chance to take part in a week of activities with some help from inspirational experts. Working with professional partners, you’ll work towards a group challenge while developing your skills and confidence.
What’s more, it’s completely free and being a part of this programme won’t affect your Jobseeker’s Allowance. We’ll even throw in lunch and cover your travel expenses.
We wrap up the course by celebrating everything you’ve achieved with a special event. It’s a great way to finish the course – with your new friends – and you’ll be able to invite family and friends to join in with you.
Not sure whether to dive right in?
You can meet our staff before the course starts and ask us any questions you might have, deciding if it’s right for you.
You’ll also benefit from one-to-one support to help you think about what you’d like to do after the course finishes, having just gained your certificates and potentially a qualification.
We even like to catch up for a group reunion shortly after to help you think about your next steps and progress into something positive.

The 'Together: Building a United Community' (T:BUC) Strategy, was published on 23 May 2013 and reflects the Executive's commitment to improving community relations and continuing the journey towards a more united and shared society. Todds Leap are very proud to be delivery partners of the T:BUC strategy in the Erne East Electoral area. The T:BUC strategy outlines how government, community and individuals will work together to build a united community and achieve change against the following key priorities:
- our children and young people
- our shared community
- our safe community
- our cultural expression
Todds Leap has been working with young people who have titled their group - Uniting Erne East. This group of young people are exploring opportunities in leadership and training so that they can make a real difference in their local communities, now and in the future. The message of Uniting Erne East is to spread positive good relations messages and develop good relations through sporting activities. The ‘United Champions’ (members of Uniting Erne East) have been working with local community groups and schools to spread their positive message.
Search ‘Uniting Erne East’ on Facebook to check out some of the wonderful good relations work the United Champions are doing.
