Todds Leap activity centre was awarded a four-star rating under Tourism Northern Ireland’s visitor experience grading quality scheme. The four-star accreditation is designed to provide visitors with quality grading information on Northern Ireland’s tourist attractions.
To achieve a star-rating, attractions are subject to checks from a mystery visitor. The quality assessment takes multiple aspects of the visitor experience into account, from the initial booking procedure to customer care, cleanliness of premises and overall experience of the attraction.
Activity Centre Manager, Patrick Rafferty said “We are delighted to achieve a four star award, which represents an excellent visitor experience. The rating truly indicates the high level of quality a visitor can experience when visiting Todds Leap Activity Centre and this accreditation could not have been achieved without the dedication and contribution from the entire team at Todds Leap.”
Patrick adds “Since opening in 1990, we have strived to provide visitors with a unique opportunity to experience outdoor activities
. In the past number of years we have added conference facilities, a bar and restaurant and increased our accommodation capacity to over 100. The 4 star rating from Tourism Northern Ireland has set an important benchmark which we will strive to maintain and where possible improve.”
The multi-award winning activity centre, located in Ballygawley, is a great option for families, group days out, stag dos and hen parties and celebrating occasions. There are over 20 outdoor activities
available spread across a purpose built off road track. The onsite licensed restaurant serves locally sourced food prepared daily and onsite accommodation is available.
